Our mission: unify and harness vast, diverse healthcare data (hospital, claims, wearables, biobank, lifestyle, imaging) and deliver it at scale for actionable AI-driven intelligence and business insights. What You’ll Do Architect and lead end-to-end healthcare data platforms, integrating data lake, warehouse, and analytics to enable seamless data flow, scalability, and real-time insights. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. Drive the development of AI-powered data platforms that integrate multi-agent systems, enabling predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for healthcare, leveraging expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies. What We’re Looking For A seasoned Engineering Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex data platforms and AI-powered solutions. Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation. Strong understanding of healthcare data architecture, AI/ML, and cloud computing. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
