Their cases often require strategic coordination across multiple stakeholders, meticulous file management, and the ability to think commercially under pressure.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to succession within the practice by:
- Managing and coordinating complex commercial dispute files end-to-end
- Leading and guiding junior lawyers and associates to effectively strategise cases
- Working closely with counsel, including KCs and senior barristers
- Liaising with opposing counsel at top-tier firms
- Delivering high-calibre legal documentation with commercial foresight
About you:
- 5+ years PQE in commercial or civil litigation with exposure to highly complex matters
- Strong academic pedigree
- Experience in or exposure to high-stakes, complex disputes
- Ability to think strategically with a commercial mindset
- Proven file management and leadership capabilities
- International experience advantageous but not essential
