Your Responsibilities

As Associate Venture Development at Enpal Business Solutions GmbH, you will help shape the development of one of the most exciting growth markets in the energy transition. At the interface of market, product, and sales, you will support the scaling of our large-scale battery storage solutions for industrial and commercial customers and, together with the team, develop new approaches for sustainable growth.

• Support the establishment and further development of our business concerning large-scale battery storage solutions

• Conduct exploratory discussions with customers, partners, and market participants to better understand market requirements and potentials

• Identify optimization opportunities along the customer journey and the go-to-market process

• Contribute to the further development of our product and service offering

• Accompany customer projects and support commercial negotiations involving seven-figure contract volumes

• Analyze market trends, revenue models, and regulatory developments in the storage sector

• Develop scalable processes for further growth together with the team

Your Profile

• Initial relevant experience in Business Development, Venture Development, Consulting, Strategy, or a comparable field

• Strong interest in battery storage, energy markets, and the energy transition

• Ability to quickly understand and structure complex market and business relationships

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers and partners

• Structured, analytical, and process-oriented way of working

• Very good German and English language skills
