Assistant to Head of Nursing

A lot goes on here - and that's exactly why we need you: as an assistant to the Head of Nursing, you will be the administrative hub for our nursing leadership team in Internal Medicine. You will keep things together and ensure that our dynamic management team has the freedom for what matters.

What awaits you

• Appointment and calendar coordination
• Preparation and follow-up of management meetings and nursing-specific committees
• Reliable minute-taking and follow-up of the action item list
• Editorial processing and timely upload of evidence-based guidelines and documents to the internal platform
• Organization of internal further training and team events for nursing staff
• Other administrative and organizational tasks for the nursing leadership team

What you bring

• Solid commercial apprenticeship with at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Very friendly, patient, and warm personality
• Quick grasp of concepts as well as flexibility and openness in dealing with the unforeseen
• Confident communication in written and spoken word
