WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Commercial Advisor – Construction Additives and Waterproofing Area.

Execute the commercial strategy through the development, loyalty, and training of clients, ensuring the fulfillment of sales goals, integrating new business opportunities.

Your main challenges will be:

• Management of current clients
• Prospecting potential clients and converting them into active clients
• Sales, discounts, and promotions management
• Control and management of the current client portfolio
• Product demonstrations
• Commercial advice and training to clients
• Identify client needs

Work location: All of the Northeast area of Monterrey, Apocada, and its surroundings.

Indispensable requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum experience of 3 years or more in negotiation, market development, commercial management, knowledge of the construction industry
• Field sales and prospecting
