Job Description As a Professional Sales Advisor at Changan CLEBER, you will be responsible for accompanying individuals who visit the dealership throughout the entire purchase process, from reception and detection of needs to closing the sale and delivering the vehicle. In your daily routine, you will perform customer prospecting, lead management, product demonstrations, test drives, and post-sales follow-up to foster loyalty. You will also prepare quotes, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times.
