Principal Afore Pension Advisor

Job Description: As a Pension Advisor at Principal Afore, you will assume a key role advising working individuals on their pension planning and the best use of their Retirement Savings funds. In your day-to-day, you will analyze each client's financial situation, propose personalized savings and investment strategies, and perform retirement scenario simulations. You will also provide continuous follow-up with your client portfolio to foster loyalty and simultaneously drive growth through referrals resulting from the quality of your service. You will participate in meetings, workshops, and information sessions, both in-person and virtual, to clearly explain pension options and investment products. This is a full-time position in a hybrid model, located in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City, with the advantage of managing your time.

Requirements

• Aptitude in financial planning and retirement planning, with the ability to design savings and retirement strategies tailored to each client.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, teamwork, and commitment to ethical and transparent advice.
• Tolerance for frustration and negotiation skills
• Aim to earn a minimum of $20,000.00 monthly
• Desired experience in door-to-door sales, targeted prospecting, telemarketing, and business development
