Job description
Job Objective
Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products, to generate a long-term relationship.
Main Responsibilities
Advise the client on the different savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling.
Advise the client on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan.
Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of the strategy for customer acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll.
Open savings accounts with a balance and grow client balances.
Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer.
Get certified as an AFORE Promoter Agent.
Go door-to-door promoting products outside the point of sale.
Make calls for the placement of payroll and pension loans.
Treat the client with respect and exceed their expectations, to achieve their return and recommendations.
Requirements
Ease of speech.
Enjoy interacting with clients.
Experience in placing financial products and savings, investment, and insurance services.
Knowledge of Afores.
Goal and objective orientation.
Experience in customer prospecting activities in the field (door-to-door).
Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends.
Honesty in the performance of their duties.
