Main Responsibilities

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients (IMSS pensioners) for payroll loan placement.
• Advising clients on loans, their conditions, and benefits, including the option to transfer existing loans from other financial institutions.
• Ensuring that granted loans meet the established conditions to generate points and qualify for bonuses.

Profile Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the financial sector, loan placement, or insurance.
• Completed high school (essential).
• Have a computer and internet connection (in case of hybrid/remote scheme).
• Good communication skills, empathy, excellent presentation, and a focus on results.
