Bank Credit Advisor
Candidate Profile: Facility with speech, Enjoyment of customer interaction, Experience in placing financial products, Numerical ability, Knowledge in credit sales and telephone collection, Experience in field prospecting activities (door-to-door sales), Availability to rotate shifts and weekends, Honesty in the performance of duties, High school diploma completed
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
From Monday to Sunday with a day off during the week, the shift rotates weekly. Position Functions: Advise the client on the different credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling, Advise the client on the benefits and responsibilities of a credit, In person, visit or contact the client to update their data in the system, or at least once a year, Process credit applications with quality to avoid payment delays and generate fraud, Stay updated and trained on the products and services offered, Door-to-door sales (cambaceo) promotion of products outside the point of sale, Treat the client with respect and exceed their expectations.
