Bank Credit Advisor

Job Objective: Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to generate a long-term relationship. Main Functions: * Advise the client on the different credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise the client on the benefits and responsibilities of a credit, identifying needs for new credits to be granted. * In each visit or contact with the client, update all their data in the system, at least once a year. * Process credit applications with quality to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Canvass for product promotion outside the point of sale. * Treat the client with respect and exceed their expectations, to achieve their return and recommendations. Candidate Profile: * Ease of speech. * Enjoy interacting with clients. * One year of experience in placing financial products. * Numerical ability. * Knowledge in credit sales and telephone collections. * Experience in customer prospecting activities in the field (canvassing). * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. * Honesty in the performance of their duties.
