New Equipment Commercial Advisor

Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a NE Account Specialist for our Mérida team.

What you will do day-to-day:

• Manage and develop a client portfolio in the elevator sector (New Equipment), ensuring strong business relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective attention to their inquiries, requirements, and business opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting, cold calling, networking, participation in tenders, and development of commercial proposals.
• Design and implement sales strategies focused on meeting and exceeding established commercial objectives.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline using Otis's tools and systems, monitoring opportunities, ongoing projects, and result forecasts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, develop value propositions, and close deals that contribute to the profitable growth of the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, sales representatives, and other areas of the organization to ensure an exceptional customer experience and project success.
• Identify growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio, promoting solutions that respond to the current and future needs of clients.

What you will need to succeed!

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics and/or related Engineering fields. Minimum of student status (Pasante). Graduation (Titulado) is desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions.
• Knowledge: Office Suite and Sales and Post-Sales Process Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably have your Own Vehicle (we provide a gasoline allowance).
