About the Company

A company with over 50 years dedicated to the commercialization of compressed air compressors and industrial machinery is seeking a Commercial Advisor for equipment in Apodaca NL.

Objective: To introduce the brand's equipment/compressors into the market through the consultative selling methodology supported by CRM.

Responsibilities

B2B Technical Sales, Consultative Sales, Comprehensive Follow-up
Visit clients and prospects for Equipment Sales in the zone
Review client requirements, requests, and specifications
Coordinate quotations and follow-up until the sale is closed
Maintain sales history and compare it with company figures
Advise clients based on their needs
Follow up on accounts receivable

Requirements:

Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
Required Skills: Sales Techniques, Sales Methodology, Mechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of ROI (Return on Investment)

Compensation Package

$19,800 nominal (base salary)
Commission scheme 2% per equipment sale
Life Insurance
Savings fund, matched 9% by the company

Punctuality and attendance bonus 5% each

SGMM (Major Medical Expenses Insurance)
100% registration with IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute).

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
