Job description
Our partner manufactures high-quality solid wood furniture and educational learning environments for daycare centers, kindergartens, and nurseries. The company is characterized by European manufacturing, short delivery times, and a 15-year warranty.
We are looking for Area Sales Managers (m/f/d) residing in Baden-Württemberg or North Rhine-Westphalia.
Your tasks
Lead generation, follow-up of email campaigns, and participation in trade fairs/congresses.
Conducting discovery calls and presentations at the customer's site or in the showroom.
Needs analysis and documentation of decision-making processes with customers (sponsors, municipalities, architects).
Active space planning and design of smaller solutions directly with the customer (using pCon Planner).
Preparation of offers, price negotiation, objection handling, and contract closing.
Partnership-based collaboration with internal sales in order processing, coordination and monitoring of deliveries, and ensuring professional after-sales service (including complaint processing and initial verbal payment reminders).
Market observation and optimization of sales processes.
What you bring
Experience in the support and acquisition of B2B customers, in interior fitting, the furniture industry, the education sector, or related industries.
Empathetic negotiation and communication skills with various stakeholders.
Team player
A caring, creative, and customer-oriented sales approach
Careful and precise way of working
Residency in the sales territory, driver's license, willingness to travel, and very good self-organization.
Good pCon knowledge is nice-to-have.
Very good German and good English skills.
