Job Description

During your apprenticeship, you will discover all the activities related to the profession of cook within our catering department. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop the necessary skills for the practice of your future profession.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Respect the established training plan.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of meals intended for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Apply the culinary techniques taught during the training.
• Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and current procedures.
• Collaborate with the teams of the Hotel & Catering department.
• Develop your professional and personal knowledge throughout your apprenticeship.
