APAC Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Senior Director

Job Description Reporting to the AVP, APAC Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits), the mission of the Senior Director, Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) is to drive ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions across our Asia business . The leader will act as an in-region deal expert, responsible for driving end-to-end deal strategy, developing creative commercial structures, and leading complex negotiations for our most strategic customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the APAC market, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and exceptional negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive deal strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability across the Asia business • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, sales teams, and other cross-functional partners • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop creative commercial structures that meet customer needs and drive business results • Leading complex negotiations for our most strategic customers, leveraging deep understanding of their needs and ServiceNow’s value proposition • Providing thought leadership and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the APAC region • Developing and managing a high-performing team to achieve deal strategy objectives • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize risk. The ideal candidate will have: • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive deal strategies • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders • Strong understanding of the APAC market, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies • Strong leadership and team management skills.
