Our client is an internationally operating law firm with over 300 employees, advising for many years in politically and economically significant as well as publicly noticeable procedures.

Supporting the branch manager with questions regarding office infrastructure
Termin- and deadline management
Correspondence with clients, opponents, courts, and authorities
Managing digital files
Billing of fees
What you ideally bring: Successfully completed training as a law firm employee (m/w/d) or comparable several-year work experience in the law firm field
Safe handling of common MS Office applications
Pleasure in organization and independent working
Reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills
English language skills desired
