Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to support our corporate environments, ensuring stability, performance, and continuity of operations. We seek someone with practical vision, organized, and able to resolve problems autonomously, collaborating with the team on daily demands and with other areas of the company.

Responsibilities and Assignments

Infrastructure Administration

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, and firewalls;
• Ensure availability of internet links, VPNs, and secure connections at units and in the cloud;
• Maintain and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux);
• Apply updates and security routines;
• SUPPORT daily activities where IT is involved;

Corporate Environment

• Provide N2/N3 support for incidents related to servers, network, and critical services;
• FOLLOW up on internet availability and support connectivity improvements at our units;
• ACT in the provision and maintenance of equipment (notebooks, peripherals, and network devices).

Cloud and Security

• SUPPORT activities in AWS environment;
• PARTICIPATE in prevention, analysis, and response to incidents.
