CS Analyst - Implementation and Onboarding (NOA)

To perform onboarding of new partner clinics and individual doctors: account setup, initial integration, presentation of the Noa Notes solution, definition of implementation schedule;

To conduct individual or group training sessions with users (doctors, secretaries, managers) to ensure efficient adoption and use of the solution;

To monitor user engagement with Noa Notes and act on retention: identify low-use accounts, propose reactivation actions, create improvement plans;

To handle churn requests: conduct interviews or meetings with clients who intend to cancel, map causes, propose alternatives, negotiate account maintenance when possible;

To collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to bring customer feedback, suggest product improvements, support upsell or expansion campaigns;

To follow up on reports and dashboards about client status, engagement, churn, retention, and present results to leadership.
