Account/PM

Our sales team is expanding: we are looking for an Account/PM who can make a difference in the details.

We are looking for someone who can be comfortable in the "middle": between the client and the internal team.

A person who enjoys helping the team by keeping the processes that truly make daily work function in order, and at the same time, managing relationships, making the client feel accompanied.

Position (what you will be responsible for):

• CRM management and cleanup
• Appointment setting, agenda management, and activity organization (your own and the team's)
• Onboarding of clients post-acquisition
• Discovery calls with clients/leads
• Drafting, review, and management of contracts and other types of commercial documents
• Customer care

Required Skills:

• Listening and information gathering skills: you know how to ask questions, not just "answer"
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication (phone and written)
• Order and method: agenda, deadlines, multiple priorities, follow-up
• Attention to detail, as you will be dealing with contracts and documents
• Problem-solving and versatility in performing diversified tasks
• Teamworking

Desired Competencies:

• Previous experience in digital marketing (even from an operational, client management, or commercial perspective)
• Ability to manage commercial negotiations with support or autonomously when required.
• Previous experience using the Pipedrive CRM.

Contract Type and Salary:

Fixed-Term Full Time - On-site in Cesena

Salary commensurate with experience.
