Account Manager

The Account Manager will play a key role in achieving this goal by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and developing tailored solutions for their specific needs. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and site visits; • Developing tailored solutions for customers' specific needs, in collaboration with internal stakeholders; • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities; • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition.
