Account Manager Gift Cards

We are looking for a driven and organization-sensitive account manager who believes in the power of Wehkamp's gift cards and kleertjes.com. Someone with a clear vision on the growth of the share within Wehkamp Retail Group. The goal is to let both gift cards grow on both the Dutch and Belgian market, and develop new proposals as needed, based on market demand.

With one of these gift cards, you give someone a choice from more than 400,000 articles in various categories such as (children's) fashion, living, and lifestyle. Our gift cards do well on the consumer market, but are also the ideal gift for employees or a nice incentive for loyal customers.

In this role, you will contribute to achieving the sales targets within our business-to-business channels. You will work in a small dynamic team to develop new business opportunities in existing and new markets, and actively think about our product range. You will also manage relationships with gift card partners - including fashioncheque, VVV Gift Card, and Huis & Tuin Gift Card - and work together with retailers who sell our gift cards to consumers, both offline and online.

What will you do?

• Generating new business through telephone acquisition and customer visits;
• Maintaining and expanding existing key accounts;
• Developing and realizing market and account plans;
• Identifying opportunities and developments in the market to convert them into projects and actions on marketing, product development, or other areas;
• Setting up partnerships to enter a new market smoothly, quickly, and successfully;
• You will build the future of the gift card department as if it were your own business.
