Account Manager - East

Position Summary : Reporting to Account Manager - East, the Account Manager for Used Cooking Oil (UCO) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-quality service and finding solutions to various challenges. The Account Manager will use their sales skills and experience to generate growth by managing existing business relationships and focusing on new business opportunities. The Account Manager provides information to customers, co-ordinates customer requirements with logistics and operations teams, and ensures that customer needs are met. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that the company's goals are achieved. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and for reporting on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
