Account Manager

(Temporary) power supply is crucial for every construction site and project. When safety and quality are under pressure due to cost choices, risks arise that Bos Elektro has been helping to avoid for more than 40 years. Bos Elektro wants to increase its impact over the next 5 years by making safe, reliable, and certified distribution and meter cabinets accessible to a broader segment of medium-sized construction companies. With a new, more efficient production line, Bos Elektro aims to improve its product range and reduce costs. This requires an Account Manager who can help identify and seize opportunities for growth and innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the construction industry, preferably with experience in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline. He/she is able to build relationships with customers and suppliers, identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them. In addition, he/she must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Account Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and suppliers, and monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. He/she must also be able to maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills.
