The AVU is a traditional and family-owned energy service provider that has been closely connected to the cities, businesses, and people in the region since over 120 years… As Department Head*in Business Customer Sales (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who are responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets, • Leading and motivating your team to achieve their individual and collective goals, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region's businesses, • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, sales), • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
