ZZP Senior Frontend Developer

As Sr. Frontend Developer, you are responsible for developing modern, user-friendly, and performant web applications. You translate functional and visual designs into high-quality front-end solutions and ensure an optimal user experience. With your technical expertise, attention to detail, and knowledge of modern frameworks, you make a significant contribution to the digital strategy of the organization.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend components and web applications.

• Translate UX/UI designs into scalable and responsive interfaces.

• Implement best practices in performance, accessibility, and security.

• Collaborate with backend developers and designers within multidisciplinary teams.

• Set up and manage frontend architectures and build processes.

• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.

• Contribute to the technical roadmap and innovation within the frontend domain.

• Counsel junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with several years in a senior role.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

• Demonstrable experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm) and version control (Git).

• Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and responsive design.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum-work environments.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams (Figma, Adobe XD).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.

• Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) and accessibility (WCAG).

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Informatica, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
