ZZP Scrum Master

As Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating and promoting the Agile way of working within the team. You ensure that the Scrum principles are correctly applied and that the team can perform optimally. With your coaching approach, you support the team in self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivering maximum value. Additionally, you contribute to a culture of collaboration, transparency, and growth within the organization.

• Facilitating Scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Counseling the team in Agile- and Scrum-principles to improve efficiency and collaboration.

• Removing obstacles that hinder the progress of the team.

• Supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the backlog.

• Maintaining team dynamics and promoting an open and safe working environment.

• Monitoring progress and reporting results to stakeholders.

• Encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to realize organization-wide Agile improvements.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master within an Agile development environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum-, Agile-, and Kanban-methodologies.

• Experience in guiding multiple teams within complex organizations.

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Able to motivate, inspire, and guide teams through change trajectories.

• Able to effectively switch between operational and strategic levels.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS, or Nexus.

• Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile tools.

• Background in software development, IT implementations, or change management.

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or Organization.
