Sought: Project Leader Implementation Financial System
Seeking an experienced and connecting Project Leader to implement a new financial system for the municipality of Roosendaal. Roosendaal is on the verge of a major renewal: the introduction of a new financial system. We are looking for an energetic professional who will drive this implementation forward and ensure a smooth and successful transition within our organization.

Roosendaal is a forward-thinking municipality that strives for efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. Within our organization, we largely work in autonomous groups where process improvements, innovation, and digitalization play a significant role.

The assignment
As project leader, you are responsible for the implementation of the new financial system, so that by January 1, 2027, the system will be live and users can work with it. The assignment starts in consultation, but at least in February 2026 and runs until the handover to the management organization in January 2027. We expect an average of 24 hours per week.

The project includes:
- Steering the project, including preparing a project plan, implementation plan, and other necessary documents.
- Setting up a project organization for the execution of this project.
- Coordinating the configuration of the new system, in close collaboration with the supplier and internal stakeholders at the municipality of Roosendaal;
- Optimizing and adapting work processes, so that the system and the organization are maximally aligned;
- Realizing the necessary connections with other (internal and external) systems;
- Organizing training sessions for end-users and the management organization, so that everyone can work optimally with the new system;
- Organizing test routes and guiding acceptance processes for both setup and connections.

Profile
You are a result-oriented and connecting colleague who can separate main and subsidiary issues, quickly switch gears, and clearly communicate at all levels. With your proven years of experience in similar implementations at municipalities, you know how to create buy-in and overcome obstacles, so that the project is realized within time, budget, and quality.

This procurement process will be carried out through a tendering procedure. The client has specified requirements and wishes. You must meet the requirements to have a chance. On the wishes, you can score points.

• Are you a ZZP-er? In the context of good employership, we work together with a third-party contract party. That means that the assignment has been tested against the law and regulations, and as a ZZP-er, you will execute the assignment with Haert ZZP-contract management's assistance. • The maximum rate is all-inclusive (including travel costs, parking costs, and accommodation costs). Additionally, we assume that the candidate has their own devices or will receive them from the supplier. There is no parking space on our own premises.
• Candidate has at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience (emerges from CV)
• Candidate has relevant knowledge and experience with project structure and result-oriented working. This emerges from the CV.
• Candidate has relevant work experience in the requested field within a municipality/ government agency (emerges from CV)
• Is candidate able to start on the mentioned start date with the assignment for the requested number of hours?
