ZZP Mutation Carpenter

For a construction company in the Rotterdam region, we are immediately looking for a ZZP mutation carpenter. As a ZZP mutation carpenter, you will be driving out 'work orders' daily. These are (repair) requests that come in from one or more housing corporations. You can imagine that no day looks the same. The work activities therefore vary. This can include:

• Performing hardware installation and repair;
• Performing wood rot repairs;
• Performing tile repairs;
• Installing or replacing glass;
• Performing light plumbing and electrical work.

• You have at least five years of experience in renovation, maintenance, or mutation work;
• VCA certification (mandatory);
• You possess a B driver's license;
• You have a work van and possess your own tools.
