ZZP Mutation Carpenter

As a mutation carpenter, you are responsible for the structural repair, adaptation, and improvement of houses between two tenant changes (mutations). You ensure that the property is delivered in good structural condition, so that it can be rented out or occupied again immediately.

You work mainly independently, but have a lot of contact with site managers, planners, and other tradespeople. No day is the same: every property requires custom work.

• Performing carpentry work on mutation properties;
• Repairing and replacing frames, doors, windows, and hardware;
• Installing and dismantling kitchens;
• Adapting or repairing walls, ceilings, and floors;
• Performing minor carpentry and repair work;
• Identifying and resolving structural defects;
• Working according to schedule, quality requirements, and safety regulations;
• Delivering properties in good condition, ready for rent.
