Description:
As a Locatieleider Opvang Vluchtelingen in Rotterdam, you are responsible for the daily coordination of an asylum location in an urban environment. You ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere and lead staff and volunteers who guide refugees.
Requirements:

HBO diploma in Social Work or Management.

At least 3 years of experience in asylum or welfare work.

Good knowledge of intercultural communication.
Wishes:

Experience with municipal asylum projects.

Knowledge of safety procedures and resident guidance.

Affinity with multicultural target groups
