Description:
As a Locatieleider Opvang Vluchtelingen in Rotterdam, you are responsible for the daily coordination of an asylum location in an urban environment. You ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere and lead staff and volunteers who guide refugees.

Requirements:

  1. HBO diploma in Social Work or Management.

  2. At least 3 years of experience in asylum or welfare work.

  3. Good knowledge of intercultural communication.

Wishes:

  • Experience with municipal asylum projects.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and resident guidance.

  • Affinity with multicultural target groups
