For Saxion Hogeschool, Magnit is looking for a lecturer for the module C32 - Advisor on Work and Income! Saxion Parttime School (SPS) We offer a comprehensive range of hbo-deeltijdopleidingen, courses and (loose) modules. The teaching of Saxion Parttime School is flexible and blended (mix of online learning and meetings). Content module The government is increasingly relying on the individual responsibility of employees or job seekers when it comes to work and income. This development leads to more people seeking support from professionals, such as business lawyers, trade union advisors, and consultants from the UWV or Work and Income. For this changing professional practice, new knowledge and a different guidance are needed. During this module, you will become familiar with the problematics in this field and receive tools to deal with this problematics. Work tasks As a lecturer, you can, entirely independently, based on your expertise and experience in the field of labor law, convey this enthusiasm to students: Prepare and care for weekly lessons Guide students in making professional products Evaluate chance 1 (i.s.m. module coordinator, no BKE) Evaluate chance 2 (i.s.m. module coordinator, no BKE) Answer questions from students with possible online contact moments. Various additional administrative tasks such as entering results. You make use of your own means (laptop/phone) The topics of the module are determined. However, the expert himself gives the lessons content through knowledge and practical examples. Desired skills and experience You are an expert in your field. Your expertise perfectly matches the learning outcome, which reads: The hbo-professional advises on the legal position and labor conditions of an employee and advises on the benefit situation after dismissal in case of unemployment or disability. You know the current professional practice and have recent practical examples. You know how to enthusiastically convey knowledge. You have coaching skills to guide and inspire our students during their study towards our professional field, both personally and professionally. You are HBO or WO educated. You have a Basis Kwalificatie Examinering (BKE) or are willing to obtain it (Saxion can facilitate this, costs for the contractor). Communication and reporting There is a module coordinator within Saxion who is available as a sparring partner and first point of contact.
