Responsibilities:
Developing learning programs and training sessions.
Advising managers on training issues.
Coordinating development trajectories.
Evaluating training sessions and implementing improvements.
Contributing to talent development and sustainable employability.
Eisen:
Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, education, or comparable field.
Knowledge of modern learning solutions and digital learning platforms.
Good communication and advisory skills.
Proactive and result-oriented.
