Kenter B.V. is looking for a Consultant Learning and Development who will strengthen the HR team within the Culture & Talent Development department. You will contribute to developing and implementing learning and development trajectories for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Developing learning programs and training sessions.

• Advising managers on training issues.

• Coordinating development trajectories.

• Evaluating training sessions and implementing improvements.

• Contributing to talent development and sustainable employability.

Eisen:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, education, or comparable field.

• Knowledge of modern learning solutions and digital learning platforms.

• Good communication and advisory skills.

• Proactive and result-oriented.
