Doula at Birth House immediately participate in shift work as a secondary midwife Support the primary midwife during the midwife-led birth Contract relationship within the framework of freelancing Bring diploma as midwife HF/FH or foreign diploma with SRK recognition Midwifery practice permit from the Canton of Zurich ZSR-Number Several years of experience in leading births Independent and self-responsible work Self-motivated and goal-oriented person Ability to work in a team Good communication skills Ability to handle stress and pressure Flexibility and adaptability Ability to maintain confidentiality Familiarity with hospital procedures and protocols Knowledge of medical terminology Understanding of the importance of patient-centered care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
