The tasks of the Branch Manager: Richterswil include: • Leading a team of ESPAS staff members; • Developing and implementing local strategies for vocational rehabilitation and integration; • Maintaining relationships with external agencies and organizations; • Coordinating and supervising projects in the field of vocational rehabilitation and integration; • Monitoring and evaluating project progress and outcomes; • Identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education, business administration); • At least 3 years of experience in project management and team leadership; • Excellent communication skills in German and English; • Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and social security system; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
