About us We are a public law corporation and offer comprehensive personnel services for municipalities and municipal institutions in Schleswig-Holstein. With around 195 employees at our locations in Kiel, Rendsburg, and Itzehoe, we support our members and customers reliably, competently, and practically in all matters related to the topic of personnel. Our team combines diverse expertise: Employees work with us in six areas — Personal & Organisational Development, HR Consulting, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Training & Coaching, and IT Support. We are looking for two staff members (d/m/w) to join our team. The tasks will include, among other things, the processing of personnel data, the preparation of reports, and the provision of support in various areas. The successful candidates will have a degree in human resources management or a related field, as well as several years of professional experience in HR or a similar area. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
