Zuora Functional Analyst

The resource will be integrated into an IT team and will be responsible for the functional analysis and evolution of billing and invoicing platforms, collaborating with the development team and project stakeholders.

Your Role

• You will support the functional analysis of solutions dedicated to billing and invoicing processes.
• You will collaborate with the business in gathering requirements and defining functional specifications.
• You will work closely with the development team during the implementation and release phases.
• You will contribute to the validation of solutions and the continuous improvement of application processes.

️ Your Duties

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional documentation and Business Process Proposal (BPP).
• Manage evolutionary analyses and support the implementation of new functionalities on billing platforms.
• Coordinate functional testing activities and validation of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the correct progress of project activities.

✅ The Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in the role of Functional Analyst.
• Experience in billing and invoicing in platforms such as Zuora, SAP IS-U, SAP FI/SD, SAP BRIM or similar solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, drafting functional documentation, and managing evolutionary analyses.
• Good skills in interacting with development teams, business stakeholders, and in functional testing activities.

The salary for this role ranges from €32,000 to €40,000

The position is classified under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary Sector) applied by our company.

The positioning within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a revision may be considered with prior internal approval.
