• Completed training as a train conductor
• Evidence of physical fitness and psychological suitability
• Professional experience in the railway industry
• Interest in the rail system
• Teamwork, reliability, stress tolerance, and high willingness to perform
• Increased temporal flexibility (readiness for weekend work)
• Presentation of a well-groomed and customer-oriented appearance
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Readiness to acquire additional qualifications
