• Caring for passengers during the journey and in emergency situations
• Ticket control and sales
• Pasenger counseling and support on board
• Information on tariffs and connections
• Operational tasks as a train assistant
• Support with cleaning during the journey

• Teamwork, reliability, stress tolerance, and high availability
• Readiness for shift, night, and weekend work as well as overnight stays away from home
• A polished and customer-oriented appearance
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Ideal experience in service (for example, in the field of mobility, but also in gastronomy, hotel operations, retail, etc.)
• Fitness according to VDV 714
• Fluent German skills (B2)
