Role Description

· The Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services role involves working with relevant technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business objectives.

· Responsibilities include analysis, development, implementation, and troubleshooting within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.

Primary Skillset

· Zscaler Engineer

· Network Engineer

· Deploying and configuring Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA and providing expert-level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

· Troubleshooting connectivity issues, resolving network problems.

· Monitoring the performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.

· Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures, as well as providing training to users.

· Supporting the operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.

· Supporting the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades. Collaborating with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.

· Performs planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms, especially ZIA and ZPA and or firewalls.

· Ensures safe and efficient operations by monitoring performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting configurations, software hardware components and responding to connectivity issues.

· Performs scheduled configuration changes to Zscaler or firewalls devices Identifies network issues and determine and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Provides quality documentation and deliver presentations about network issues, updates, troubleshooting techniques, etc.

· Quickly and accurately diagnoses systems failures.

Experience Required: 4-6 Years
