What you will do:

As a care assistant at Sporenpark, you support residents with warm care and genuine attention. You work in a close-knit team where collaboration and open communication are central. You contribute to the general well-being and comfort of residents, every shift.

Your daily activities include

• performing delegated care and nursing tasks;
• ensuring daily care and hygiene;
• observing and reporting changes in residents' well-being;

Requirements:

As a care assistant, you contribute to daily care, hygiene, comfort, and assistance with ADL (Activities of Daily Living). Together with your colleagues, you ensure warmth and well-being in a close-knit team. Furthermore, the qualities of caring, communication, and collaboration are central. You need these because you share observations, work according to agreements, and give residents confidence every shift.

We also require

• diploma and visa as a care assistant;
• experience: not required;
• basic skills in observing, reporting, and assisting with medication/meals;
• good knowledge of Dutch + flexibility and stress resilience.
