Caregiver - WZC Gildentuin

What you will do:

Do you enjoy working a fixed evening shift and providing calm and structure during the evening hours? At WZC Gildentuin, you will provide warm support when residents need proximity and a clear evening routine. You will work independently within the team, with attention to comfort and safety. Your new tasks:

• you will support residents during evening care and bedtime routine;
• you will provide comfort care and ensure peace on the ward;
• you will observe and report changes to nurses;
• you will assist with medication according to guidelines;
• you will support with meals and evening activities;
• you will help ensure a safe and orderly living environment.

Requirements:

As a caregiver on a fixed evening shift, you contribute to evening care, comfort, and a calm bedtime routine. Together with your colleagues, you ensure safety, structure, and warmth during the moments when residents are winding down. Furthermore, the qualities of independence, maintaining calmness, and accuracy are central. You need these because you will maintain an overview during the evening hours, report correctly, and help ensure comfort. We also ask for:

• diploma and visa as a caregiver;
• experience: not required;
• willingness for a fixed evening shift and working according to evening routine agreements;
• good knowledge of Dutch + stress-resistant and calm in approach.
