Care Assistant - WZC Gildentuin

What will you do:

As a care assistant at WZC Gildentuin, you will support residents with care and closeness. You will work in a warm team where colleagues help each other and together ensure a safe and pleasant living environment. You will combine professional care tasks with genuine attention to the well-being of each resident. Your new tasks:

• you will perform delegated care and nursing tasks;
• you will monitor parameters according to guidelines;
• you will observe physical and psychological changes and report them to the team;
• you will be responsible for daily personal care and comfort care;
• you will support residents with meals and daily living activities;
• you will assist with medication within the agreed framework;
• you will ensure the general well-being and comfort of residents.

Requirements:

As a care assistant, you contribute to care, comfort care, observation, and daily support. Together with your colleagues, you ensure closeness and well-being in a team that helps each other. Furthermore, the qualities of commitment, communication, and reliability are central. You need these because you quickly identify changes, report correctly, and are a reliable presence for residents. We also ask for:

• diploma and visa as a care assistant;
• experience: not required;
• correct execution of delegated tasks and reporting;
• good knowledge of Dutch + flexible and stress-resistant.
