Caregiver - WZC De Vaeren
Job description
What will you do: As a caregiver at Korian in De Vaeren, you work in warm elderly care where you really get to know the residents. You are part of a team that supports each other and shares responsibility for quality care. You bring calmness, attention, and professionalism into every service. Your new tasks: you are responsible for daily care and hygiene; you carry out delegated nursing and caregiving tasks; you observe and report changes in residents; you support the resident's autonomy and independence; you maintain a safe and clean living environment; you participate in team meetings to discuss resident's needs and develop individualized care plans. You will also be involved in activities such as: organizing daily routines, providing emotional support, and facilitating social interactions.
