We are hiring! – HR / Recruiter

Location: Mexico City — Full-time / On-site

Industry: Heavy Machinery / Construction

Main Responsibilities

✔ Management of personnel records and database

✔ Recruitment: vacancies, interviews, references, and candidate contact

✔ Onboarding / Offboarding + documentation

✔ First point of internal contact for HR inquiries

✔ Follow-up on evaluations and probation periods

✔ Reports, metrics, and administrative support

✔ Support in internal communications

Profile Requirements

+8 years of experience in HR / Recruitment

Experience in construction machinery or similar (plus)

Knowledge of Fair Work + best HR practices in Mexico

Organization, autonomy, and excellent time management
