We are hiring! – HR / Recruiter
Location: Mexico City — Full-time / On-site
Industry: Heavy Machinery / Construction
Zoomlion, a global leader in heavy equipment and innovation for construction and infrastructure, is expanding its team in Australia and is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with recruitment experience.

Main Responsibilities
✔ Management of personnel records and database
✔ Recruitment: vacancies, interviews, references, and candidate contact
✔ Onboarding / Offboarding + documentation
✔ First point of internal contact for HR inquiries
✔ Follow-up on evaluations and probation periods
✔ Reports, metrics, and administrative support
✔ Support in internal communications
Profile Requirements
+8 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
Experience in construction machinery or similar (plus)
Knowledge of Fair Work + best HR practices in Mexico
Organization, autonomy, and excellent time management
