Description

We are looking for a proactive, team-spirited Zonal Sales Operations Coordinator to join our company Rompetrol Downstream in Bucharest.

Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel distribution stations. In Romania, the company operates over 922 points of fuel distribution, including its own stations, partner stations, mobile stations Express and Skid Gpl. Additionally, besides fuel distribution stations, Rompetrol operates six fuel storage facilities from which fuel is distributed to our own stations and other customers.

Your new role: You will coordinate commercial and operational activities at the zone level, aiming to achieve established objectives.

Activities that will help you shine:

• Monitoring the quality of services at stations and store inventory

• Verifying the implementation of maintenance procedures for equipment and intervening to prevent malfunction caused by delayed repairs requested at station level

• Developing specific work procedures and instructions for operational activities performed at the station and verifying their application at fuel distribution stations

• Monitoring sales and inventory levels of fuels and complementary products

• Identifying new opportunities for increasing sales volume to develop station activity and increase profitability

• Identifying and analyzing opportunities for developing the network of fuel distribution stations

• Contributing to implementing company projects at stations in your area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Experience in retail: 3 - 5 years;

• Mobility: minimum 50% of working program;

• University studies in economic/technical field;

• Driving license - category B (minimum 1 year);

• Medium-level English language skills;

• Computer operation: MS Office package - medium level;

• Knowledge of petroleum products and fuel market;

• Knowledge of various payment instruments and techniques;

• Problem-solving orientation; 
• Negotiation abilities.
