Zonal Head Admissions

The Zonal Head – Admissions and Outreach is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all student admission and outreach activities within a designated zone. This leadership role requires building a strong regional presence through schools, coaching centers, community events, and other outreach platforms to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and field-level execution expertise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Admissions Strategy development and implementation for the designated zone; 2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including school administrators, teachers, and coaches; 3. Developing and executing outreach plans to achieve enrollment targets; 4. Monitoring and reporting on admissions performance metrics; 5. Collaborating with other zonal heads to share best practices and drive regional growth; 6. Providing guidance and support to admissions staff within the designated zone; 7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in education and admissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and experience in developing and implementing effective outreach strategies.
