They are responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to meet the specific needs of the business.


Goldenlion Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for a Local candidate in and around West Bengal to join their Consulting team. Goldenlion Consulting is an IT/ITES Company, a 13-year-old Expert partner with ZOHO Corporations in the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing Zoho CRM solutions to optimize sales and marketing processes.
• Developing custom modules, functions, and workflows in Zoho Creator.
• Creating and maintaining automation processes using Deluge scripting language.
• Integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Building and customizing reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to Zoho applications.
• Training end-users on Zoho applications and best practices.
• Staying up-to-date with Zoho's latest features, updates, and best practices.
• Participating in the evaluation and selection of new Zoho applications and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Zoho CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator and its customization capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting language for Zoho applications.
• Experience with API integration and web services in the context of Zoho applications.
• Ability to design and implement complex workflow automation in Zoho.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
