Dental Billing Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading provider of high-quality dental prosthetics, we are looking for a Dental Assistant / Dental Technical Assistant / Dental Billing Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen the billing department at the Mülheim an der Ruhr location as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of invoices
• Invoice verification and plausibility checks
• Creation and verification of cost estimates
• Coordination with internal departments
• Handling inquiries regarding invoices and cost estimates
• Support in the continuous optimization of processes

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a Dental Assistant / ZFA (m/f/d) or Dental Technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally, several years of experience in billing/accounting
• Excellent diligence and accuracy
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Confident use of common IT applications
• Team spirit, reliability, and responsibility
