Job description

The orthodontic specialist practice of Dres. Himmelreich & Süss in Langen stands for modern, evidence-based orthodontics at a high professional level. Our practice is digitized, efficiently organized, and geared towards growth – both professionally and personally. We place particular emphasis on clear processes, professional communication, and well-founded patient consultation. At the same time, we believe: quality is not only created by technology, but also by team culture. Therefore, we promote not only professional competence, but also a respectful togetherness – in an environment where one gladly takes responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Orthodontic Assistance: Support in the fitting and activation of fixed and removable appliances (braces, aligners, removable braces)
  • Diagnostics: Creation of diagnostic records such as intraoral scans (or traditional impressions), photos, and X-rays (OPG and FRS)
  • Treatment Measures: Independent work on the patient, observing the scope of delegation
  • Patient Coaching: Instruction of patients in the handling of braces and proper oral hygiene
  • Laboratory Interface: Coordination with the practice's own orthodontic laboratory

Profile
  • Completed training as a DFA – ideally with prior experience in orthodontics (orthodontic knowledge is a plus, but not a must for motivated career changers)
  • Dexterity and fine motor skills
  • A warm and patient approach with all our patients – whether young or old
  • Meticulous working style and an eye for aesthetic details

We Offer
  • A modernly equipped practice with a fully digital workflow
  • Clear structures, a stable patient volume, and excellent treatment conditions
  • Thorough training in orthodontic techniques
  • Varied tasks and an environment where manual skills are valued
  • Individual support for further education and training
  • Collegial team with a lived feedback and development culture
  • Flexibility in working hours and vacation planning
  • Team events, such as joint trips abroad or health days
  • Company training
  • Company doctor
  • Company events
  • Free drinks
  • Mentoring program for employees
  • Employee discount
  • Discounts on company products/services
  • Language skills will be taught
